George R. Whereas, in pursuance of an Act of Parliament, passed in the Twenty Fourth Year of Our Reign, to provide for the Administration of the Government, in Case the Crown should descend to any of the Children of Our Son, Frederick, late Prince of Wales, being under the Age of Eighteen Years, and for the Care and Guardianship of Their Persons; We did, by three Instruments, under Our Royal Sign Manual, nominate and add Persons, therein named, to the Persons, and Officers, by the said act, appointed to be of the Council of Regency, thereby constituted; which said three Instruments were made revocable, and sealed up in such manner, and lodged, and deposited in the Hands of such Persons, as, by the said Act, are directed: - Now
