Persons therein named to the Persons and Officers by the said Act appointed to be of the Council of Regency thereby Constituted, which said three Instruments were made revocable and Sealed up in such manner and lodged and deposited in the hands of such Persons, as by the said Act are directed; Now We do by these Presents and by two other Instruments of the same tenor and
