Our Will and Pleasure, is, and We do hereby require you, To deliver to the Duke of Newcastle a certain Instrument of Nomination, made by Us, under Our Royal Sign Manual; and, on the Fourth Day of June, 1754, deposited in your Hands, pursuant to an Act of Parliament, passed in the Twenty Fourth Year of Our Reign, to provide for the Administration of the Government, in case the Crown should descend to any of the Children of Our Son Frederick, late Prince of Wales, being under the Age of Eighteen Years; and for the Care, and Guardianship, of their Persons.
