The Difference between those Two Sums is 75,089.- Memdum The House of Commons in Ireland Address'd the King last Session, that His Majesty would be pleased to give the proper directions, that out of the Funds granted that Session, a sum not exceeding £10,000. might be issued upon the Warrants due for clearing the Army for One Year, commencing the 1st. of July 1724. and ending the 30th. of June 1725. inclusive, and also to the Half Pay Officers, in such manner & proportion as His Majesty should think fit, over and above the Arrears then due to them, or which have since or shall hereafter incurr. And His Majesty by His Letter has ordered 8. Quarterly Paymts. to be made upon the sum of £49,052.18.2. which is One Years Arrear due to the Army, and upon the sum of £10,914.-.11. which is 6. month's Arrear due to the Half Pay Officers, both those sums amounting to £59,967.-.1. The amount of the 8.- Quarterly Paymts. is £8,395.7.6. and is to be provided for the next Session of Parliament, in case the Funds granted last session shall not prove Sufficient to make good the said Sum.
