By His Royall Highness the Prince of Wales, Guardian of the Kingdom George S.C.R. These are in His Majesty's Name to Authorize & Direct you out of such moneys as are or shall come to your hands for the Contingent or Extraordinary Expences of the Service of Hist Majtys. Land Forces, to Pay unto John Mulcaster Agent and Sollicitor for transacting the Affairs of the Rebell Prisoners the Summ of One hundred Sixty Four Pounds Fourteen Shillings, to be by him paid over to Lieut. Col. Solomon Rapin for the Pay of several Officers on the Establishment appointed by his Majesty to take Care of the Rebell Prisoners at Chester, Liverpool and Lancaster, from the 31st. of August 1716. to the 31st. of October following at Two Pounds Fourteen Shillings p Diem according to the Accot. annex'd. And for so doing This with the Acquittance of the said John Mulcaster or of his Assign shall be your Warrant and Discharge. Given at the Court of St. James's this 10th Day of NovE. 1716.
