we have set our hand & seal to three Copies of the same tenor, of this Our Declaration, which we have order'd to be laid to our often mention'd will & our Codicils, and have caused it to be signed & sealed with their Signets, by the five underwritten Witnesses, called to that purpose, they being dispensed, [[underline]] [[foreign:Latin]] quoad hune actum [[/foreign]] [[/underline]] with their Oath of Allegiance. Transacted at Our Palace at Kensington the 15. day of September, the 1759th year, and of our reign the thirty third (LS.) George R. That the most High and most Serene Prince, George II.
