become the Property of the said Our second Son, in the same Manner as the said Our Codicil of the 7th October 1740. with respect to the therein mention'd Effects, Stocks, and Immoveables directs, and that like the Capitals, specified in Our Testament, and so, as it has likewise been prescribed in the said Testament, and Codicil, they shall have the nature of a [[underline]] Fidei Commissum, [[/underline]] and go, if the cases happen, to the next Heir.
