When she comes out of her fit she complains of headach, of her back, & has had since yesterday a very great sweating together with much heat upon her lungs. soe it is my dear Clayton that I found her. & you may remember that She was to have take the gascoyns powder by Stegerthals advice, but not at all. at my coming I found her quite changd, & He was for giving her antimony to vomit which I absolutely refusd but Bussier & He agreed to give her a vomit of of Hypococyana. I tremble at that, & have forbid Lady Portland to give her anything before I come at night, ask your freind I am touchd to the heart. her pulse is a little disturb'd. Caroline.
