But [[deletion]] in case [[/deletion]] [[addition]] if [[/addition]] there should be no male collaterals of the Royal Family living, in such case the only Son of the King (as above described) should hold the [[deletion]] Electorate [[/deletion]] [[addition]] German Dominions [[/addition]] together with the Crown, in the same manner as his father untill the case specified in the third article shall again come to exist by the King's having more than one Son, in which case the Second Son shall hold the Electorate and all the Fathers Dominions in Germany. 8. But if it should happen that the male Descendants of the [[underline] ]Electoral Branch [[/underline]] should fail and become extinct, in such case the nearest male Descendant of the [[underline]] Royal [[addition]] Regal [[/addition]] Branch [[/underline]] should succeed to the Electorate and Dominions in Germany.
