Majesty and form and after the End and Determination of the said Term of One Year Then to the use and Behoof of his Majesty [[symbol]] [[symbol]] [[symbol]] his heirs and Successors Aid whereas several Copyhold Messuages Lands Tenements and hereditaments were purchased by or In Trust for his late Majesty his Majestys Royal Grandfather or her late Majesty Queen Caroline and among others the several Copyhold Messuages [[symbol]] Lands Tenements and hereditaments following that is to say a certain Customary Tenement with a Garden and [[unclear]] thereunto belonging at or near Richmond in the said County of Surry and a [[unclear]] of Arable Land containing three quarters of an Acre or thereabouts in Richmond aforesaid held by Copy of Court Roll and parcel of the said Manor of Richmond in the said County of Surry purchased in or about the Year one thousand seven hundred and [[symbol]] twenty nine of John [[unclear]] Esquire and his Wife or one of them A certain other Customary [[unclear]] or Parcel of Land Containing by Estimation One Acre twenty seven Poles and twenty nine ffeet or thereabouts abutting on the hedge or ffence of the old Park [[unclear]] and in part on the Ten foot way or path leading by the Gardens [[symbol]] of John Mitchell Esquire from Richmond to Kew and in other part thereof on the walls and pales of the Gardens belonging to certain then new erected Messuages Estates on other Ground then or late belonging to Thomas [[unclear]] Eastward on a Garden or narrow slip of other Ground then or late of the said Thomas [[unclear]] in possession of Robert Lawson Esquire and then found in with a pale and Westward [[unclear]] on the [[unclear]] and ffences of Ground late of [[unclear]] price and then of [[unclear]] and [[unclear]] on the Westside on the Lands then or late of [[unclear]] Esquire and then lately paled in from the Corner of the said [[unclear]] ffence South to the Pales or ffence of the said Old Park [[unclear]] and which said [[unclear]] or parcel of Land was planted with Trees and made into a Grove and [[unclear]] and then in the Tenure or Occupation of her said late Majesty Queen Caroline and was [[symbol]] purchased of Thomas [[unclear]] of Richmond aforesaid by or In Trust for her said late Majesty Queen Caroline her heirs and assigned and a certain other [[unclear]] of Land containing ffive Acres or thereabouts of Copyhold Land situate and being in the Lower ffield of Richmond in the County of Surry between the Lands theretofore of Dorothy [[unclear]] Widow deceased [[unclear]] [[symbol]] South and the Lands therefore of Mary [[unclear]] Widow towards the [[unclear]] which said ffive acres of Land were [[unclear]] with a [[unclear]] Lodge and did abut toward the [[unclear]] on Lands in the [[symbol]] Tenure of Samuel Loveday with on Lands in the possession of William Price East on Lands in the possession of John Payne Butcher and West on a highway leading from Richmond [[symbol]] [[symbol]] aforesaid towards Kew and the said five acres of inclosed Ground late were in the Tenure or Occupation of Henry [[unclear]] and afterwards in the possession of his said late Majesty king George the Second and were held by Copy of Court Roll and parcel of the Manor of Richmond were in or about the year one thousand seven hundred and forty nine purchased by or In Trust for his [[unclear]] late Majesty of John [[unclear]] and Dorothy his wife and a certain Copyrecord or Customary Messuage or Tenement with the [[unclear]] Stable and [[unclear]] to belonging and seven formerly three [[symbol]] Closed of Copyhold Land Meadow and Pasture commonly called the [[unclear]] and one Barn near the [[unclear]] on the Northside of the highway leading from East [[unclear]] to Richmond containing by Estimation fforty Acres more or less together with all ways passages Easements profits Commodities and [[unclear]] whatsoever to the said promised or any part thereof belonging or in any wise appertaining which said promises are situate lying and being at or near Marsh Gate in the parish of [[unclear]] and formerly were in the Tenure - or Occupation of John Keele of [[unclear]] aforesaid Yeoman deceased and afterwards of Jane Keele Widow and were and use commonly called Keeles ffarm and were held by Copy of Court Roll and are parcel of the Manor of Wimbledon and were purchased of John Jeffes Esquire by or In Trust for their late Majestys or one of them and The Right honourable [[unclear]] Lord Viscount Palmerston of the kingdom of Ireland Deceased being seized to him and his heirs according to the Customs of the Manor of a [[unclear]] or parcel of Customary Land containing in length Two hundred and Sixty five feet or thereabouts Consisting of and [[unclear]] as a [[unclear]] fifteen feet wide with a Row of Trees on each Side and a horse Road Twenty feet wide adjoining thereto and running even therewith in all thirty five feet wide situate lying and being at East [[unclear]] in the parish of [[unclear]] County of Surry and adjoining on the South East Side to East [[unclear]] [[symbol]] Common and on the [[unclear]] to the [[unclear]] from Richmond to East [[unclear]] and was formerly taken out of a [[unclear]] ffield than in the Occupation of [[unclear]] and was part and parcel of certain Customary Lands and Tenements to which the said henry Lord Viscount Palmerston was admitted Tenant at a Court [[unclear]] for the said Manor [[unclear]] seven hundred and thirty one on the [[unclear]] of Edward Kay and others which promises were held by Copy of Court Roll and were [[unclear]] of the [[unclear]] Manor of Wimbledon and were [[unclear]] and [[unclear]] by the said Lord Palmerston to or In Trust for his said late Majesty in or about the year one thousand seven hundred and fifty six [[unclear]] which said Copyhold Messuages Lands Tenements [[symbol]] and hereditaments were from the Times of such respective purchases had and enjoyed by their said late Majestys or one of them with the said Lodge and have been held and Enjoyed therewith by his said present Majesty [[unclear]] his Accession to the Superior Crown of these Realms and whereas the legal Estate and Interest thereof is now vested in George Augustus Selwyn Charles Schutz and certain other persons In Trust for his Majesty his heirs and Successors now this Indenture further Witnesseth that for the better Accommodation of her Majesty in Case she shall survive his Majesty and for the Causes and Considerations thereinbefore mentioned and for divers other good Causes and Considerations his Majesty in this behalf moving and by virtue of the said Act passed in this present Session of Parliament Our said Sovereign Lord the King [[unclear]] Declared and appointed Willed and Authorized and Commanded and both by these presents for himself his heirs and successors of his Especial Grace certain knowledge and [[unclear]] Motion Declare and Appoint Will Authorize and Command that the said George Augustus Welwyn Charles Schutz and such other persons as are seized or Intitled to the said Copyhold Messuages Lands Tenements hereditaments and promises as [[symbol]] aforesaid shall stand and be seized thereof with their and every of their [[unclear]] In Trust for and To the Sole Use of his Majesty for and during the Term of his [[symbol]] [[symbol]] [[symbol]] Natural Life and after the Decease of his Majesty in Case her Majesty shall him survive Then In Trust for and to the Sole use and Behoof of her Majesty during the Term of her Natural Life and from and after the Decease of her Majesty Then In Trust for and to the sole use and Behoof of the Executors and Administrators of her Majesty for the Term of One year to Commence and take Effect from and immediately after her Majestys Decease and from and after the End and Determination of the said Term of One year Then To the use and Behoof of his Majesty his heirs and successors and that they shall and do upon the Command or by the Direction of her Majesty [[symbol]] her Executors or Administrators respectively to be dignified to him or them in writing under the hand and seal of her Majesty her Executors or Administrators [[unclear]] Convey or Assign the same to or To the use of such person or persons as her Majesty her Executors or Administrators shall in and by such Writing Nominate and appoint
