My dearest Son. One Letter more before we leave Weymouth without any entertainment I fear. News such as we had while in possession of Your agreeable Company continue the same, Unsettled what is right to be done about recalling the Country from abroad, & [[deletion]] hopes [[/deletion]] remaining hopes that when Our Neighbours grow to Unreasonable, that those who are in Power, here will think it Necessary to leave the Troops where they are, in order to save the Electorate. Perhaps the Duke of Yorks arrival may bring something more determinate upon the Subject, which would not be Amiss. He is expected about Dinner Time to Day, but as he hath put it off so frequently I shall not give Credit to his comming Untill my Eyes behold Him. Since Yr departure I have been in a very suffering state with the Toothach & as I had kept it tolerably quiet by laudanum during Yr presence, [[deletion]] T [[/deletion]] I trusted likewise
