The Queen to the Prince Regent 7th Dec. 1814 My dearest Son - I am induced to send the Inclosed tho not wrote to me as a far better explanation then I could give of it by the Son of Mr Strong whose Father is now a dying, [[deletion]] was [[/deletion]] the Kings Steward for the Royal Manors in the County of Somerset, and also at Richmond, the Business of which has been entirely executed by Him for the Father for upwards of Ten Years. Knowing that the King [[underline]] always intended He should succeed the Father [[/underline]] I certainly shall keep Him in Her Situation at Richmond, and leave the other to Yr own Judgement.
