Transcript of a sermon by Hugh Blair "On our present Ignorance of the Ways of God" John, chapter 13, verse 7 (f 2 - f 4 r), 22 January 1810; "Explanation of the Bible by the late Mrs Roberts" ["Rose and Emily; or, Sketches of Youth" by Margaret Roberts] (f 4 v - f 6) transcript apparently taken from "Rose and Emily; or, Sketches of Youth", 18 December 1814; "Character of the King sent by the B[ishop] of Salisbury to Princess Mary" (f 7- f 8 r) transcript, 6 October 1815. The remainder of this volume is blank.
With (at back) list of music played at Windsor Castle on 7 December 1804 in the hand of George III (f 6a). Mounted with subscript "This Autograph of his late Majesty George the 3rd was given to me by Miss Rodgers the daughter of his Majesty's Private Organist"
