The Queen is sorry to hear that Lady Ely has fallen ill; the Queen herself still has a cough - and she believes she will never get rid of it. The Queen and the King visited the Duke and Duchess [of Cambridge?] and George Cumberland at Kew, before their departure to Berlin.
