The King is so much pleased at the sensibility of heart of His Secretary at War, and with finding that inheriting the Tallents of his Ancestors he also possesses thus Sentiments of attachment to His Majesty and to Our Excellent and unparalleled Constitution that He could not refrain on returning the Box with the Warrants to express his feelings on this Occasion'.
