Returning the last of Daniell's accounts, signed, and a letter from Hassel to Elphick. William is happy for Mr Hardwick and Mr Kent to carry out drainage work themselves if they can manage; he is glad the groom has arrived. He urges Daniell to keep Kollman under his control.
