August 5th. 1802 (K I cannot possibly let this day pass after receiving your much valued Picture my dearest Lady Cha without thanking you for your patience in sitting for me, which I really look upon as one of the greatest kindnesses - & if you would but know how dearly I value this dear likeness you would with your good heart rejoice you had granted another favour - I assure you that in parting from it which I must do at present is quite a grief to me & it is with no small degree of reluctance that I do it but The Queen has commanded me to say that She begs [[underline]] You [[/underline]]
