This Indenture Tripartite made the Second [[symbol]] [[symbol]] [[symbol]] day of June [[symbol]] [[symbol]] in the year of Our Lord one thousand seven hundred and sixty two and in the second year of the Reign of our most gracious Sovereign George the Third by the Grace of God of Great Britain France and Ireland King defender of the faith and so forth Between our said sovereign Lord the King's Most Excellent Majesty of the first part & her Most Excellent Majesty Charlotte by the Grace of God of Great Britain France and Ireland Queen & his Majesty's most Dearly Beloved Consort of the Second part and the Right Honorable Robert [[symbol]] Lord Henley Lord High Chancellor of Great Britain The most Noble Thomas Holles Duke of Newcastle and Knight of the Most Noble Order of the Garter The Right honourable John Earl of Bute One of his Majesty's Principal Secretaries of State and Knight of the most [[symbol]] [[symbol]] Honourable Order of the Thistle The Right honourable Philip Earl of hardwicke One of his Majesty's most honourable Privy Council The honourable Sir John Cust Baronet Speaker of the honourable House of Commons and the Right honourable George Grenville [[symbol]] Esquire His Majesty's Treasurer of the Navy and One of his Majesty's most honourable Privy Council of the Third part [[symbol]] [[symbol]] [[symbol]] Witnesseth that our said Sovereign Lord the King being desired to settle in the most speedy and effectual manner a certain and [[symbol]] ample Revenue for supporting the honour and Dignity of her Majesty in Case she shall survive his Majesty for her Jointure and in full [[symbol]] Recompence and Satisfaction of her Dower and being truly Sensible of the great and amiable Endowments which so eminently Distinguish her Majesty whereby She Majesty to make Provision for Supporting the Royal Dignity of the Queen in Case She shall survive his Majesty] hath [[symbol]] [[symbol]] Given and Granted and Doth by there Presents for himself his heirs and Successors of his Especial Grace Certain knowledge and meer Motion Give and Grant [[symbol]] unto the said Robert Lord henley Thomas holles Duke of Newcastle John Earl of Bute Philip Earl of hardwicke Sir John Cust and George Grenville (being [[symbol]] [[symbol]] Persons whom his Majesty hath thought fit and doth think fit to be named in this Indenture as Trustees in this behalf and to their heirs One Annuity or Yearly Rent or Sum of One hundred Thousand Pounds of lawful Money of Great Britain which Annuity or Yearly Sum of One hundred Thousand Pounds and every part thereof shall commence and take effect immediately from and after the Decease of his Majesty and Continue from there forth for and during the Natural Life of her Majesty and shall be paid and payable Yearly and every Year at the ffour most usual ffeasts or Days of Payment in the Year that is to say the fifth Day of January the fifth Day of April the fifth Day of July and the tenth Day of October by even and equal Portions The first [[symbol]] [[symbol]] Payment thereof to be made on [[unclear]] of the said Days as shall first and next happen after the Decease of his Majesty in case her Majesty the Queen shall survive him as aforesaid Aid his Majesty for himself his heirs and Successors by virtue and in pursuance of the said Act of Parliament Doth [[symbol]] by these presents Grant and Appoint And doth will Authorize and Command That the said Yearly Sum of One hundred Thousand Pounds shall be issuing and payable out of and shall in the first place be Charged and Chargeable upon the hereditary Rates and duties of Excise upon Beer Ale and other Liquors which were Granted to the Crown in the twelfth Year of the Reign of King Charles the Second and then upon all other the Duties Revenues and [[unclear]] [[symbol]] which by an Act made in the first Year of his Majesty's Reign Entituled [An Act for the support of his Majesty's household and of the honour and Dignity of the Crown of Great Britain] were carried to and made part of the ffund commonly called the General or Aggregate ffund which shall be subsisting after the Decease of his present Majesty And in Case such Duties Revenues and [[unclear]] shall at any time or times be Deficient to make good all or any part of the said [[symbol]] [[symbol]] Yearly Sum of One hundred Thousand Pounds such Deficiency or Deficiencies shall from time to time as often as they shall happen be made good and supplied and shall be issuing and payable out of and Charged and Chargeable upon the Duties and Revenues which compose the said ffund commonly called the General or Aggregate ffund established by an Act made in the first Year of the Reign of his late Majesty king George the ffirst of Glorious Memory after paying or [[symbol]] [[symbol]] Reserving suffient to pay all such Sum and Sums of Money as hath or have been directed by any former Act or Acts of Parliament to be paid out of the [[symbol]] same but with preference to all other payments which shall or may hereafter be charged upon and be payable out of the said ffund To have hold receive perceive take and enjoy the said Annuity or Yearly Rent or Sum of One hundred Thousand Pounds from time to Time Quarterly at the Days aforesaid as the same shall [[unclear]] and [[symbol]] become Due unto the said Robert Lord henley Thomas holles Duke of Newcastle John Earl of Bute Philip Earl of hardwicke Sir John Cust and George Grenville their heirs and Assigns immediately from and after the Decease of his Majesty for and during the Natural life of her Majesty In Trust nevertheless for the only Benefit and Behoof of her Majesty and for her better Support Aid his Majesty for himself his heirs and Successors in Pursuance and by Virtue of the said Act passed in this present [[symbol]] Session of Parliament doth hereby Will Direct Authorize and Appoint that the said Annuity or Yearly Sum of One hundred Thousand Pounds shall according to the tenor and true meaning of the same Act and of these presents be paid and payable from time to time at the Receipt of the Exchequer of his Majesty his heirs and Successors or by and from the immediate [[unclear]] of all and every the Commissioners ffarmers Treasurers or Receivers for the Time being of the said Duties Revenues and [[unclear]] respectively upon [[symbol]] which the said Annuity or Yearly Sum of One hundred Thousand Pounds or any part or parts thereof shall be Charged without any ffood or Charges to be Demanded or taken for paying the same or any part thereof And that the [[unclear]] or [[unclear]] of further or other Warrant to be sued for had or obtained
