The House advances, but in a small degree, no Furniture is put up, nor the Books brought down, we wait for Mr Wyatt who I suppose is busily employed with the Auction at Fonthill. An accident which happened very unexpectedly at Frogmore House a few Days ago by the Falling down of Part of the Ceiling in what was formerly the Lybrary made Mr Mathews wish for some orders from Mr W. but as a thing Spoiled must be destroyed [[deletion]] [[unclear]] [[/deletion]] totally if not looked after I have directed not only that Ceiling to be repaired, but also to examine all the rest for fear of more mischief happening. The Money for Tibbet, & also the Garden allowance for two Month is in readiness for You, I shall take it kindly if You will release me from having any longer the care of it, for fear it might not remain long with me.
