To Convince You that amongst all the Hurry & Bustle in which I live at present You are not forgot, I seize this moment to Congratulate You upon the return of the 12th/as the only way left me to Convey unto You my Sincere Wishes upon the Occasion. That every return of this Day may bring with it new Prosperity & Blessings is not only what I wish, but that You may also enjoy it without interrupting felicity. & tho Multitudes will agree in this none can have it more truely at Heart than.
