Windsor January 23d. 1812 [[underline]] Copy [[/underline]] The Queen, having Reason to believe from a Message which She has received from the Prince Regent, that Considerable [[unclear]] may be made to that Part of the King's Household Bell what provides for Her Majesty's Nomination to the [[unclear]] Offices in the proposed Establishment, has determined to relieve the Prince's Government from any Difficulties under which they might be placed from a Desire of carrying into Effect that Provision of the Bill. The Queen is sensible of the [[unclear]] which has been shown by Mr Perceval, under the Prince Regent's Sanction, to Her Situation and [[unclear]], in [[unclear]] that the Nomination to the Situation in Question should be bested in Her Majesty, but She assures Him that Her Disposition has never had Her to [[unclear]] either [[unclear]] in Political Influence, and that She makes no Sacrifice by [[unclear]] [[catchword]] Her [[/catchword]]
