Conduct ever since the King did Establish Him at Evanburn Lodge has been very Reprehensible & I must add Offensive to the King, & Oppressive to the Workmen I can not avoid thinking it my Duty to acquaint You with these Particular [[underline]] not riverting to His Public Conduct.
