Mr Pitt presents his Compliments to Lady Charlotte Finch, and begs to acquaint Her Ladyship for Her Majesty's Information that the House have again proceeded in a Committee on the Regency Bill. There have been three divisions; the first on the Clause obliging the Treasury to issue in future the Sums necessary for the several departments of the Houshold, to any amount not exceedg that of the last year, which was carried as proposed by 132, to 87; the second on the subject of the Privy Purse, the greatest part of which the Opposition proposed to
