Description

After having thanked the Arrans for their kind hospitality, Augusta proceeds to tell them about her last visit to Lord Egremont [George O'Brien Wyndham, 3rd Earl of Egremont] in Petworth; there she met George FitzClarence (illegitimate son of William, the Duke of Clarence, brother of Augusta) with his wife [Lady Mary Windham, Lord Egremont's daughter].
