My Dearest William I return you a thousand thanks for your letter. I was very happy to find that you had sooner found time to write to me than at our last parting you thought you should. I hope that you like Hanover and that the situation that you are in there is pleasant to you, pray do not forget to give me a description of it in your next Letter, as well as of the manner in which you pass your time, for you promised me to do so a few Days before you set out for Germany. I regret very much that you will not be at the Christening and more so since it is the second that you have missed. Our little Sister is without exception one of the prettiest Children that I have ever seen. We go to London on Wenesday and the Christening will be on Thursday.
