William writes in answer to Lord Mayo's letter concerning his brother, the Dean of Ossory [Hon Joseph Bourke]. He gives permission to Mayo to show this letter to the Marquis of Anglesey [Field Marshal Henry William Paget, 1st Marquess of Anglesey] - explaining some problems possibly araising from the request of money of the latter.
