Date Created

Description
Giving instructions concerning the sale of Wether or Ewe Flock, to be forwarded to Coates. No alterations to the out or the in fences now that the two tree sheds are in place. He wants to be informed about the Trunk; he also wishes the Willow Clumps to be completed by the coming winter. He is happy about the management of the farm - with the exception of Allen; but he is confident Daniell and [Sir John] Barton will be able to dismiss him.
He asks to obtain from Coates a detailed account of all the farm bills - he hopes to be able to extinguish them all by the end of the following season.
