Description

Princess Amelia has 'a greater cold...complains much of heat on her lungs', and complains that the kinkina 'heats her too much'; 'the Butcher' [Mrs Clayton has added a note that this is Dr Stegerthal] has suggested she should not continue to take it. The Princess of Wales asks Mrs Clayton to get the advice of 'our Esculapius' [presumably Dr Freind] and to send information 'before six for the physicians or rather the executioners will be there then'.
