On recounting his previous visit and their conversation 'particulary the disagreable Situation of Halse' to the King; on a letter from Lord Thurlow; 'I must however add that the Kg heard me without being angry as far as Time would permit me to Speak but gave no answer, only saying he had received no letter...the Kg I think it right to mention, is ignorant of my writing to You' Signed
