Enclosing a letter from the Queen's Council 'which was followed by the arrival of the three Consulting Physicians about a quarter of an Hour afterwards - very unexpectedly: - They were not allowed to see the King untill the attending Physicians were ['were' crossed out] could all be present' Signed and dated at Windsor GEO/MAIN/36576 is a copy (in the hand of Princess Elizabeth) of the letter from the Queen's Council informing the Queen of the arrival of Dr Monro, Dr Simmons, and Dr Willis. With a copy (in the hand of Princess Elizabeth) of the Queen's reply (GEO/MAIN/36577)
