My first Occupation this Morning after returning thanks to the Almighty for Yr Preservation, can not possibly be any other than Congratulating You upon Your Escape of so Vile an attempt as that of Yesterday upon Your Life...God Grant that this Time the Law may for once prove more than Insanity against the Perpetrators for this is the Third attempt against a Sovereigns Life Since I am in England' Signed and dated at Windsor
