Russelliros Islet Bay St Lucia 29th July 1781 Sir. I dispatch the little John to inform you that the ships arrived at Martinique, are two brigades and two sloops of war, with about seventy sail under their convoy from Marscillis, this Intelligence I gained from a Dame, from Santa Cruz, who was spoke to by one of the Trigates Yesterday.
