Lord Hood, conveying the King's instructions with regard to Prince William being placed under Hood's care and direction during the next campaign, outlining the rules that Digby established for the Prince, sending Capt. Napier as the Prince's companion, and referring to Mr Waddington and Mr Majendie in connection with the Prince's previous naval education; with two duplicates (one in a different hand).
