In that behalf and that the said Annuity or Yearly Sum of One hundred Thousand Pounds and every part thereof according to the true meaning of the same Act shall be free and Hear from all Taxed Impositions and other Publick Charged whatsoever And that the Commissioners of the Treasury of his Majesty his heirs and Successors and the high Treasurer and under Treasurer of the Exchequer for the time being shall Cause the said [[symbol]] [[symbol]] Yearly Sum of One hundred Thousand Pounds to be issued and paid according to the Tenor and True meaning of the same Act and of these presents out of the [[unclear]] Duties and Revenues which compose the several ffunds out of which the same is respectively made payable And his Majesty for himself his heirs and Successors in Pursuance and by virtue of the said Act passed in this present Session of Parliament doth hereby further will Direct Authorize and appoint that her Majesty or her [[symbol]] said Trustees in Case of Refusal or Neglect of Payment of the said Annuity or Yearly Sum of One hundred Thousand Pounds or any part thereof shall have such Remedies as by the same Act in such Case or Cases are Given and provided and such further Remedies [[unclear]] and Assistance from time to time from the heirs and Successors of his Majesty and from their Officers for the time being as shall be reasonably desired by her Majesty or her said Trustees or any of them or the heirs of the Survivor of such Trustees for the Recovery and due payment of the said Annuity or yearly sum of One hundred Thousand Pounds and every or any part thereof and all Arrearages of the same which shall at any time or times become due or payable according to the Tenor and true meaning of these presents And [[symbol]] that all payments that shall be made of the same as is hereby directed shall be duly allowed upon the Inspection [[unclear]] or [[unclear]] of the respective Officers who shall make such payments as aforesaid aid this Indenture hath Given and Granted and Doth by these Presents for himself his heirs and successors of his especial Grace certain knowledge and mere Motion Give and Grant unto the said Robert Lord henley Thomas holles Duke of Newcastle [[unclear]] [[symbol]] Earl of Bute Philip Earl of hardwicke Sir John Cust and George Grenville (being persons whom his Majesty hath thought fit to name and doth hereby Name to be Trustees for the further purposes hereinafter mentioned and to their heirs all that his Majestys Palace or Capital Messuage called by the name of Denmark house otherwise Somerset house otherwise Strand house situate in or near the Strand in the County of Middlesex with all its [[unclear]] Members and [[unclear]] whatsoever and all and singular houses outhouses stables courthouses Edifices Buildings Court Yards Gardens and [[unclear]] whatsoever to the said Palace or Capital Messuage and other the Promises or any of them belonging or appertaining or accepted reputed taken used or enjoyed as part parcel or Member thereof And also that Mansion house now or heretofore usually called the Lodge situate and being in his Majestys park called Richmond As [[unclear]] in the County of Surry together with all Structures Edifices Stables Dovehouses [[symbol]] Barns Orchards Gardens Commodities or [[unclear]] whatsoever to the said Mansion-house Lodge belonging or appertaining or with the same now or at any time heretofore usually Occupied or enjoyed And all and singular the Closed woods Grounds Lands Tenements and hereditaments thereunto belonging or [[unclear]] or [[symbol]] [[symbol]] Enjoyed therewith by his Majesty upon his Accession to the Imperial Crown of these Realms All which promises are parcel or reputed [[unclear]] of the Manor of [[symbol]] [[symbol]] Richmond otherwise west [[unclear]] in the said County of Surry and also All those Messuages and Closes commonly called Keeles farm in the Parish of [[unclear]] in the said County of Surry purchase day or In Trust for her late Majesty Queen Caroline and also all other Closed woods Grounds [[unclear]] Easements Lands [[symbol]] [[symbol]] Tenements and hereditaments purchased by or In Trust for her said late Majesty or his Majestys late Royal Grandfather king George the Second or [[unclear]] of them and added to or used with the aid park Lodge and promises or any part thereof or as an Easement or [[unclear]] thereto and hold and enjoyed therewith by his Majesty upon [[symbol]] his Accession to the Imperial Crown of these Realms and also all and singular the Edifices and Structures whatsoever Erected in or upon all or any part of the promises above mentioned with their and every of their [[unclear]] together with all [[unclear]] Revenues Ways Passages [[unclear]] Profits Commodities Advantages [[symbol]] [[unclear]] and hereditaments whatsoever to the said promises or any part or parcel thereof in any wise belonging or appertaining To have and to hold the said Palace or Capital And after the Decease of his Majesty in Case her Majesty shall him Survive then To the Use and Behoof of the said Robert Lord henley Thomas holles Duke of Newcastle John Earl of Bute Philip Earl of hardwicke Sir John Cust and George [[symbol]] Grenville and their heirs and Assigns during the Term of her Majesty natural Life upon this Trust and Confidence that the said Robert Lord henley Thomas holles Duke of Newcastle John Earl of Bute Philip Earl of hardwicke Sir John Cust and George Grenville their heirs and Assigns shall and do permit and suffer her [[symbol]] Majesty and her Assigns to have possess Use and Enjoy the said palace or Capital Messuage Mansion-house Lodge Lands Tenements and hereditaments and all and singular the promises with their and every of their [[unclear]] during after her Majesty's Decease upon this Trust and Confidence that that they the said Robert Lord henley Thomas holles Duke of Newcastle John Earl of Bute Philip Earl of hardwicke Sir John Cust and George Grenville their Executors Administrators and Assigns shall stand and be possessed of the said palace or Capital Messuage Mansion-house Lodge Lands [[symbol]] [[symbol]] Tenements and
