To the extent of the Interest hereby Granted and Declared to her Majesty her Executors and Administrators And his Majesty doth hereby for himself his heirs and Successors Declare and Grant and doth will Authorize and Command that as well the said Annuity or Yearly Sum of One hundred Thousand Pounds as the said Palace or Capital Messuage Mansion house Lodge and all [[symbol]] other the said Promises hereinbefore mentioned shall and may be received held and enjoyed according to the purport and true meaning of the said Act passed as aforesaid in this present Session of Parliament and of these prevents Aid that his Majesty his heirs [[symbol]] and Successors upon Suit in that behalf if occasion shall require will be Graciously pleased to make and Grant or cause to be made and Granted any further Grant or Grants Conveyance or Conveyances Assurance or Assurances of the Promises or any of them or any part thereof or do any other Act be [[unclear]] in the Law for the further and better settling and Assuring the same and the Receipt and Enjoyment thereof according to the true meaning of the same Act of Parliament and of these Presents as by the Council Learned in the Law of her Majesty her Executors or Administrators shall be reasonably advised and desired And moreover his Majesty doth by these presents for himself his heirs and Successors [[unclear]] and Grant that these presents or the Inrollment thereof and all the powers precepts Directions and Clauses in these presents Contained for the better and more certain payment and Assurance of the said Annuity or well in his and their Courts as Elsewhere by virtue of and according to the Tenor and True meaning of the said [[symbol]] Act passed in this present Session of Parliament and of this present Indenture Notwithstanding any Restriction or other Matter or Thing Contained in One Act of Parliament made in the first year of the Reign of his Majestys late Royal predecessor Queen Anne Entituled [An Act for the better support of her Majestys household and of the honour and Dignity of the Crown] And any Misrecital [[unclear]] Omission or other Defect in these Presents in any wise Notwithstanding And whereas there are now remaining in his Majesty's above mentioned Palace of Somerset house divers Goods belonging to his [[symbol]] [[symbol]] Majesty which are under the Care and Charge of the keeper of his Majestys wardrobe there his Majesty doth hereby Give Grant and Assign unto the said Robert Lord henley Thomas [[unclear]] Duke of Newcastle John Earl of Bute Philip Earl of hardwicke Sir John Cust and George Grenville their Executors [[symbol]] Administrators and Assigns All and singular the said Goods Specified and particularly mentioned in the Indented Schedule referred to by the Letters Patent Dated the Twenty third Day of August one thousand seven hundred and twenty seven for settling a Jointure on her said late Majesty Queen Caroline Upon [[symbol]] this [[unclear]] Trust and Confidante [[unclear]] limitted of and in the said Palace [[unclear]] be used and enjoyed in and with the said Palace according to the used Trusts and Estates herein [[unclear]] and Declared that the to time out of the said [[unclear]] respectively in the first place be [[unclear]] all such [[unclear]] Execution of the said respective Trusts or any of them and shall be only Answerable for such [[unclear]] as shall [[unclear]] these presents and no more nor the one for the other of them nor for the Acts Deeds Receipts or Disbursements of the [[unclear]] of them but only for his own [[symbol]] Acts Deeds Receipts or Disbursements nor with or for the loss of any Money which shall happen without his willful Default Aid Lastly her Majesty is hereby Pleased to Declare her Assent unto and Acceptance of the several Grants hereby made of the said Annuity or Yearly Sum of One hundred Thousand Pounds and of the said Palace or Capital Messuage Mansion house Lodge Lands Tenements
