My dearest son. I was very agreably [[unclear]] this Morning by Yr very happy Letter which I do assure You influences the whole Family, for there is not one of the whole Female Government belonging to one who does not sincerely share in it. I am God knows Singularly happy in this Event, as it will be a mans of Connecting the whole of the Family more together. & I trust the Union will be such, that not even the Power of an Alexander shall be able to destroy it. What makes me feel it is Possible more strongly is, that I am partly sure that it must have been
