the Queen Nov 24th 1794 The Queen to the Prince of Wales Nov. 24th 1794 My dearest son. I am sorry that by a Mistake of my Page who carried yr Letter to Elyzabeth we were not informed of one of Yr Servants being come with it till past ye last Night. I desired Him therefore to stay till this Morning that I might wright a few lines through I have not much to say. Permit me however to explain that I am Convinced of the Kgs desire that You should be Married as soon as it is pofsible by the Manner in which He talks. I know he has send for several Papers to make Himself Master of every Etiquitt that He may given directions to Lrd Salisbury, & was so kind as to direct me about getting all proper information convincing the Princefs Drefs indeed He saw Mrs Spitsbury Himself & told Us when we were together that He [[unclear]] now ordere Lrd Malmsbury to send an immediate Answer when the Princefs could set Out.
