Sir. I then sent for Dr Turton who gave me Bark & by that means I did go on, but certainly not without great exerting, & Yr Majesty will I am sure be sensible that [[addition]] as [[/addition]] From Monday to the Saturday We live in a Constant Bustle either upon the Road or in Public; This may now begin to feel the consciousness of that life.
