In attendant I will Name it which gives You Time to Consider it, it is relative to the Successor of Miss Garth, & Considering every thing I think that Mrs Halifax the late Bishop of Glocester's Widow would be the most Eligible Person if She could be persuaded to accept of it, there may be some difficulties to overcome as She has so many Daughters, but the Eldest being almost a grown up Woman, & the House of Lrd Lokes perhaps being offered Her for that
