The Queen 2d. February. 1805. Sir. The Letter I have just received from Your Majesty, calls for my Warmest acknowledgement & thanks for the interest You take in my Health. Sr Frances Milmen found the Swelling of my Face less than it was, & Dumirgue found the long expected Abcess opened, but not sufficiently large to venture putting the Lancet to it, which He hopes to do in a Day or two, by these Promises I have the Prospect at least to attend Your parties at Your return on Munday, though perhaps not to venture with Prudence to a Public Place. I rejoice at the Clearness of the day when I awoke this Morning as I knew it would contribute both to Your Amusement and Your Health, I trust Your Majesty will feel better for the Clear Air at Windsor, & that it will have away all the Rheumatic Pains You Complain of, in which nobody can Participate more Sincerely than Your Majesty's most truely attached & Dutifull Wife Charlotte QH the 2d/ Febry. 1805.
