the Queen to the Prince Regent 2d. Feb 1811 You will be glad to hear my dearest son, that I am this instant returned from the dear King. He received me very Kindly & talkd much of His Family with great Affection. He looks better than I have seen Him after any one of His other Illness's & seems not to be so much fallen away as I expected. I stayed about half an Hour with Augusta below stairs, & I am quite sure that those short Visits are a Comfort to Him. Ever Your Affectionnate Mother & Friend Charlotte Windsor the 8th Febry. 1811.
