The Queen to the Prince of Wales 2d. Jany. 1812. My dearest Son. Col Taylor having received Yr Orders to come to London I take this opportunity of Informing You that I have received this Morning an answer from Mr Perceval to the Paper I sent Him on Tuesday, in which He has explained very Circumstantially what He intends to propose. I shall make no comment upon the Subject excepting that notwithstanding all the Trouble He has taken it must & will ever remain unpleasant upon one Subject which nobody can judge of but myself. I hope You will agree with me that Mr Perceval whom I now see on Sunday should Speak to Lrd Winchelsea [[deletion]] before [[/deletion]] to know whether or not He will accept of the proposed Situation intended for Him. I am sorry to hear You are not so well since
