My dearest Son. By a Letter Col. Taylor received this Morning from the Duke of York I perceive that His interview with Mr Perceval has not been able to produce any change in His arrangements respecting myself, & by a Letter I received since from Mathias He only says that He has seen the Minister but gives no particulars of their Conversation. I therefore take the first moment to state to You, that Mr Perceval means to put those expences relating to the Board wages upon the Windsor Establishment I fear it will [[deletion]] not [[/deletion]] not be sufficient & on the [[addition]] other [[/addition]] Hand it can not will be mixd at least I think so
