With infinite Concern do I see by to Days Papers that the Correspondence as well as the Conversation between Lrd Liverpool, Marquis of Wellesley & Mr Canning (not Cunning) is published, This is the first Time I ever remember such a Transaction being given out in the Public Prints, & I can not help reflecting with pleasure how well the dear King judged the Characters of those two Individuals, by proving themselves such as He always described them to me.
