The News of Yesterday are indeed of a Nature so great as to give us hopes that the matched state of the Continent must now draw near to an End of their Misery & I am Convinced that the Steadiness of this Government has greatly Contributed to the decided Past Our Allies have at last taken to oppose the Tyrannical oppression
