the Queen to the Prince Regent 24th. Jany 1814 My dearest Son. Knowing that You have a Taste for Antiques I take the Liberty of offering You some Specimens of both Antient as well as Modern ones, Your own Judgement will determine as to what [[unclear]] to their Merit, they were to have been offered as my Christmas Present but could not be procured at that Time, & the later then I could wish I am sure You will kindly accept them from My dearest Son. Your Antiquated but attached & affectionnate Mother & Friend Charlotte Windsor the 24th/ Janry/ 1814.
