I am under great apprehensions that all His Grand will be shriveld to Nothing when He arrives & that He will become quite a [[unclear]]. Mary received a Letter from the Duke of Clarence this Morning, He is in high Spirits, delight [[unclear]] with this Reception in Holland & anxious to join Sr. T. G. & finishes with saying that His return is quite uncertain. I hope to receive by Sr. H. H. a good account of You, I regret much that the weather will not allow our meeting, but indeed it is both Prudent & Necessary to be careful this Severe Season & of course You will be kind enough to follow this Prescription of mine & not venture out to soon. I can add with Truth that dear August is better, & that Sophia has had two good Nights which is a happy Circumstance, & God knows a Bless
