the Queen to the Prince Regent 23d. Novr. 1814. My dearest Son. You will be very much surprized at a third Letter in the Short space of three Days, but I hope that by the Inclosed You will Justify my troubling You again as the Subject requires a Speedy answer from ldy Ilchester to ldy Jersey upon which [[underline]] You alone must decide [[/underline]] - Ldy Ilchester's reasoning upon the Subject seems to be very Just in which I am sure You will Coincide, and should it be so, You will have [[unclear]] difficulty in directing Her what to Say in answer to the Note [[deletion]] of [[unclear]] [[/deletion]] She has received_ I shall keep the Original Note untill I hear from You. what I must return it to lady Ilchester.
