Tunbridgewells Dec 1st. 1814- My dear Sir By the time you had come to the conclusion of Your letter of the 30th. past, I am persuaded that You Anticipated my reply - under circumstances so flattering as the honor conferred on me by Her Majestys sanctioning His Royal Highness the Prince Regents proposition for honoring one with the permission to attend on Her Royal Highness She the Princess Charlotte it could not be doubted but that I should feel proud of such distinction, & consequently that I should avail myself of, and accept without hesitation the trust offered me - tis not for me to say that I am equal to all that may be wished from [[catchword]] such [[/catchword]]
