[[note]] the Queen to the Prince Regent 23d. Dec. 1815. [[/note]] My dearest Son. After having past a very good Night I feel reasonable enough to begin the Morning with returning You thanks for all Your kindness & attention during my stay at Brighton as also for the most pleasing & agreeable Party I met there. I was greatly distressed before I set out upon my Journey about the accounts of Charlotte, but by a Letter which arrived this Morning I have indeed every reason to believe that there can not be the least difficulty of Her returning to Cranburn Lodge Time Sufficient for Her to accompany me on the 6th/ next Month. I have sent off Dr Baillie, & desired Him to follow
